Never Too Old

In 1999 I left a job I had been with for many years, and essentially let go of everything in my life that represented security. I just turned it all over to God, because it was too scary to do anything else. I was having an Abraham experience. God developed my faith and led me in directions I would never have thought of or gone to myself. I wouldn’t have had the courage, or have thought it could be done financially.
Last year I purchased and learned how to connect my own wireless laptop computer, operate a very in depth real estate software program from my laptop, and connect a Palm handheld computer to my laptop and download all its information to carry around with me. I purchased and learned how to use a digital camera, and downloaded software into my computer so I can download my pictures, and print, or e-mail them to others. I’ve learned more technology in the past year than I previously learned during my entire lifetime.
In the last five years I've gone places I'd never been to, or even thought about going to--a grand tour of Italy, Ireland, Alaska, and lower and western Mexico. I now know my way around New York City, including its subway system.
My life is better now than it has ever been. I don’t care about my age any more. Even though at times I struggle, He wants me to trust Him in everything. Sometimes He just takes my breath away, it’s so obvious He is there with me. How much more comfort and assurance could I have? Truly, God is good! ______________________________
